1884, the refined restaurant of the Escorihuela Winery in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, was born in 1996 from the joint imagination of the winemaker Nicolas Catena Zapata and the prestigious chef Francis Mallmann. The aim? Pay tribute to the Andean General kitchen and the wines from Mendoza in particular.
